Stock your pantry

When it comes to nutrition, the first thing people struggle with is what to eat. We associate eating healthy with spending hours in the kitchen and a fortune at the grocery store. It can be hard to know all the tricks when we first start a health journey. Since becoming a coach, I have loved pouring into my clients by helping them find shortcuts, simple swaps, easy recipes and ways to make it work!

If you follow me on Instagram, I share grocery hauls and my go-to's quite often. I compiled a resource of my favorite foods for my clients and I want to share it with you! We are all busy and staying focused on nutrition can be hard, especially in the fall when things are busy. I hope you find this helpful and can use it to start stocking your fridge and pantry with healthier foods for the whole family!

You can find most of these items at your local grocery, Trader Joe's or Costco. When it comes to saving money, I am a big believer in Costco and Trader Joe's! Trader Joe's has great family-friendly freezer options that I love to keep on hand. Costco is perfect for fruit, veggies and protein that you need to load up on!
