Eat your greens
As momma's, we all struggle at some point with getting our kids to eat veggies! Am I right, or am I right? While I am no pro at getting my kids to eat all the veggies all the time, I wanted to share just a few tricks and ways to sneak veggies into your kids day.
Add them to marinara or a sauce. Whether you are making pizza, spaghetti, mac and cheese, or something else, sauce is a great way to blend up veggies without them even knowing!
Add them to a smoothie. Add spinach to any smoothie or toss in some cauliflower rice or avocado for extra creaminess.
Add them to muffins. Zucchini and carrots are common veggies you can add into delicious muffins!
Add them to fried rice. My kids love fried rice. I add in additional chopped veggies, mix in some chicken and some coconut aminos and they go to town!
